Ten high school seniors in Bartholomew County, Ind., have been named as finalists for the Lilly Endowment's 2025 Community Scholars program.
The recipients, who will be interviewed by a selection committee in December, "are known for their community involvement, academic achievement, character, and leadership," says the Community Foundation of Bartholomew County.
The scholars are "known for their academic performance; scholastic and community involvement; employment; leadership; financial need; short answer and essay responses and two recommendations," the foundation says in a press release.
The recipients will be announced in December.
